Tiffany began her professional journey in the fast-paced Washington, D.C. metro area, where she launched her first company, The Financial Group, in 2006. There, she not only built a successful financial planning firm but also became deeply involved in local community activism and political engagement. Her work in financial services focused on helping clients navigate key life stages—retirement, education planning, estate management, and asset growth—through tailored advising and strategic planning. During this time, she also gained recognition for her ability to build trust, deliver results, and connect people with resources and opportunities that moved them forward.
In 2011, Tiffany returned to her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio and rebranded her firm as Hollinger Financial. Building on her foundation in finance, she expanded into real estate—acquiring, renovating, and reselling properties while also building a rental portfolio. Through her real estate ventures, she identified a deeper calling in development and neighborhood revitalization, leading to the launch of Astraea Development. Her work now spans the full spectrum of real estate activity, from residential sales as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty to managing redevelopment projects and guiding clients through wealth-building via property ownership.

Tiffany holds an MBA in Business from Ursuline College, earned in 2012. She also completed a Certified Financial Planning Certificate at Georgetown University in 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics with a specialization in Operations Management from The Ohio State University in 1997.
